Prescott area REO and short sale homes sold 12-1-09 thru 12-31-09

Sales volume in the distressed home market in the Prescott AZ area is up with 96 homes closing in December.  This compares to 84 homes sold by traditional resales during the same period.  This is 54% of all sales!
