36 new foreclosed or short sale homes came on the market during the week of March 28-April 3. These made up just over 1/4 of the homes listed in the Prescott Arizona Area MLS system last week at 27%.

Prescott area REO and short sale homes sold 3-1-10 thru 3-31-10

Sales volume in the distressed home market in the Prescott AZ area is up from February with 118 homes closing in March.  This compares to 89 homes sold by traditional resales during the same period.  This is 56% of all sales!
