Prescott area REO and short sale homes sold 8-1-10 thru 8-31-10

Sales volume in the distressed home market in the Prescott AZ area stayed steady in August with 117 homes closing.  This compares to 107 homes sold by traditional resales during the same period.  This is 52% of all sales!
