About Us

We publish local and national news that is relevant to the Prescott area foreclosure and real estate market.  If you have any article suggestions or comments, please post them.

Patrick Schutte, pronounced shoota, has been investing in Prescott area real estate for over 15 years including industrial land, commercial space, income properties, and residential vacant land. 

In 2001, Patrick joined ERA National Realty of Arizona as its General Manager, managing 3 offices and over 60 agents in Prescott, Chino Valley, and Flagstaff. During the next 4 years, Patrick implemented many SOPs to streamline operations, automated many functions such as accounting and listings process management. He also brought the marketing into the web age with websites, email marketing, and SEO efforts that placed websites high on Google and Yahoo. Patrick was able to build the REO department, Relocation Department, and form partnerships with ERA and Cendant Mortgage,  to offer more products and services to the customer base.

In 2005, Patrick joined RE/MAX Mountain Properties where he chose to focus on income property, multi-family, and luxury real estate.

In 2009, he moved his license to HomeSmart Fine Homes and Land where he now focuses on the foreclosure, REO, and short-sales markets.  Patrick continues to implement Web 2.0 technologies to service his customers using blogs, Facebook, and Twitter.

Patrick believes in continuous learning and holds designations as a Certified Foreclosure Specialist, Certifiied Buyer’s Representative, and e-Pro.

He lives in downtown Prescott with his wife, Gidget, and their kids, Mackenzie and Slater, and enjoys running, teaching Spinning and Boot Camp at the local Y, RC aerial photography, and hiking with the family.
