Great news for Arizona! So Cal prices didn’t drop in Feb

SoCal Housing Prices at Bottom?
Good news for Arizona and especially for all our local homeowners in Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley and Dewey-Humbolt market area who would be a happy to sell their homes to someone from So Cal.
For the 1st time in 10 months, the median home home price in the six counties in Southern California did not go down. It was unchanged…didn’t go up either.
Let’s hope that this is not a temporary thing. As most Arizonans know, our economy is linked to California’s, whether we like it or not, and when Californians who want to escape can’t sell their homes, we suffer.
A couple of years ago, about 50% of my sales were to Californians…I just closed with someone from So. Cal the other day…the 1st one in 18 months. My other buyers this month are from Baltimore/Scottsdale, Scottsdale, Peoria, and Hawaii.
As an escapee from California myself, I can’t wait to welcome more of them to our sanctuary in Prescott.
