		<description>Here in Tucson we are also seeing some areas revert back to 2002 price levels. In Tucson are distress inventory levels are showing signs of shrinking. I&#039;m starting to think the very worst is over for most of Arizona. Phoenix I believe will be the last major metro region to come out of this as they had been the highest flying and most over built of all.</description>
