Prescott Area Market Report
Eighteen foreclosed or short sale homes came on the market last week, down from last week’s 24. They made up about one in every 5 homes being listed in the Prescott Arizona Area MLS system.
I expect REOs and short sales to continue to dominate the sales side of the market with the discount available on the foreclsoure side. The average for the 18 below was $88/sqft while the 64 traditional sales average $156/sqft.
